When to use Gravity?

Use Gravity when you feel a strain occurring, weakness in your walking pattern, back pain for no reason, stiffness from back posture: after a slip to help relax. To unwind, relax after a stressful day. Before exertion or exercise.

Can I use gravity too often or for to long ?

We recommend using Gravity between 15mins (minimum) & 45mins (maximum). Best to use Gravity pack not more than once a day to suit your strain or injury. If just for relaxation, not more than once a day.

Can I use Gravity in bed?

No. Gravity needs to be used on a firm base, such as a carpeted floor , yoga matt. You can also use on the beach (suggest use towel underneath) and on any flat grassed surface, where it is safe to do so.

Can I use GRAVITY in the bath?

No. The same rules apply as above(3).

Can I use it with a pillow?

No. The cradle needs to be on a flat firm surface supporting your neck.

Is Gravity suitable for Children under 16?

Any Children over 13 years old and taller than 4ft 6” who are generally active with no long-term health issues should be able to use the Gravity pack. However if you have any reason for concern please consult your GP prior to use.

Using Gravity after alcohol or drugs

Do not use gravity if under the influence of Alcohol or mind altering medication or drugs.

Should I stop taking my medication when using Gravity

No. Even if the effects of Gravity reduce or remove the affected issues/problems we always insist that removal of any medical prescription must be governed by the subscribing GP only.
