Should you wish to return an item, please complete our web form here, quoting your order reference number in the enquiry box, together with a brief description of why you would like to return the item(s). 

A member of the team will be in touch with in 24 hours and send:

  • An emailed returns note for you to print and enclose with your return
  • A GRN number to be written on the outside of the parcel being sent back
  • Address detail of where to send the return

Once received and checked, you will receive an update by email as to the status of your return.  On most occasions this will be to say that the return has been accepted and the original payment method has been refunded. 


The PostureKey device has a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against genuine defects in materials and/or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, misuse or customer abuse.

Should you have a faulty item that is still in warranty, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange returning the item back to us.
